We want you to be wheelie happy with your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your stickers arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or refund you — your choice.
This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty or doesn’t perform as promised, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Change of Mind
As our stickers are printed in limited runs, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind — so please double-check your order before hitting checkout.

A short description of the issue

Clear photos if the item is damaged
We’ll aim to respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as they won’t be accepted without an approved return.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
